When his previous employer ceased operations, Juan took the initiative to launch his own business in 2001. By 2005, he chose to move to his current location in Houston, Texas, extending his expertise to the Houston community.

Before joining J&G, Luis Ventura honed his skills at a different restoration shop. With over a decade of experience under his belt, Luis has become an invaluable asset to the team in Houston. His meticulous attention to detail and profound understanding of antique preservation techniques have endeared him to both colleagues and clients, bolstering the company's reputation in the Houston community.

Amidst the hustle and bustle of the shop, you might spot a rather unique staff member: Lyon, a regal French Mastiff. While he doesn’t possess the paws for intricate restoration, his calm and gentle demeanor has earned him the title of "Chief Stress Reliever."
